BANGKOK SEATIZEANS – The Ministry of Finance rolled out new registrations for the 2025 State Welfare Card, aiming to complete eligibility checks by March 31 next year. Qualified individuals will receive 1,545 baht directly.
ACCORDING TO THAIGER , The buzz kicked off today, October 24, when Deputy Minister of Finance Chulapan Amornvivat confirmed the new registration phase. Following the Cabinet’s orders, the Welfare Card database gets updated every two years, preparing for new applications in early 2025.

The registration website will go live soon. Follow these six easy steps to register:
- Go to https://welfare.mof.go.th
- Click to register for state welfare.
- Select an agency, such as Krung Thai Bank, and then select a province.
- Enter your ID card information and the Laser number on the back of your ID card. Click Next Step.
- Fill in four sections: personal information, occupation, income and debt, and the need for government assistance. Married registrants or those with children under 18 can choose a registration unit to submit their documents.
- Verify the information and press Confirm.
Once registered, individuals 18 and older with an annual personal income under 100,000 baht could benefit. Eligible individuals should have modest assets, no flashy real estate, and no credit card debts. Home and car loans should be under 1.5 million baht and 1 million baht, respectively.
